Delinian – Euromoney Private Banking Awards 2023
The Euromoney Global Private Banking Awards is the only world-wide recognition programme for private banks and wealth managers. Having been a survey and rankings product for much for the last 20 years the awards evolved this year to become dynamic and complex awards programme. Encompassing internal research teams, external judging panels and a reposition and rebrand the awards had a very successful rebirth. With over 500 entries across all regions, countries and a set of global categories we will be celebrating winners at the Mandarin Oriental on March 29th with John Simpson as our after dinner speaker.
In attendance will be a cross section of global private bankers including JP Morgan, HSBC and Santander. Among them will be many national banks like BTG Banco Pactual from Brazil who have won for best domestic bank in that country.
The new look judging and review process has been key to our success coupling our expert internal researchers with peer reviews from those in the industry. This has created a potent formula for a new awards programme developed from a legacy product.
Easyfairs – Aesthetics Awards 2022
The Aesthetics Awards is an annual celebration of the achievements within the aesthetics industry and a roundup of ‘good guys’. The Aesthetics market is unregulated, leaving more cowboys and botched jobs in the community than there are qualified, credible and lifechanging healthcare professionals.
The Aesthetics team are recognised as standing at the forefront of change with the community, providing multiple event and media platforms to amplify messages that raise industry standards. The Aesthetics Awards are the annual celebration of the change made, the results achieved, and shine a light on the people that make a positive impact to the exciting world of medical aesthetics.
The 2019 Awards campaign was already rolled out at the point of acquisition of Aesthetics Media by Easyfairs, meaning the first Awards to fully run, in person, as Easyfairs, was 2022 and the Awards ceremony that we believe is a worthy winner of ‘Best Development’.
Since its acquisition, the event has developed immensely, with new features, dates, categories, venue, host, charity partner, and more, all run by an award-winning, respected, knowledgeable team!
emap Publishing – Student Nursing Times Awards 2022
Student Nursing Times Awards is the biggest celebration of learners and educators in nursing and midwifery. 2022’s event was record-breaking in its engagement with audience and delivered many innovations in entry process, format, sustainability, marketing of the event, and the after-party. Achieving a 71% increase in revenue year on year and 900 people in the room representing a 32% increase versus budget, the team worked year-round to help the event bounce back from the pandemic. With an 80% reduction in printed materials, low-carbon-impact menus and ISO-accredited suppliers the event’s carbon footprint was dramatically reduced. 43% of attendees engaged with the mobile app, over 100 judges participated in the process, and an NPS score of +72 was returned by over 170 surveyed attendees. Responding to critical feedback from stakeholders in 2021, the event format introduced comedy breaks in the ceremony, a brand-new thrust staging layout, a themed and longer after party, shorter headline speeches, an increased focus on wellbeing and mental health, a celebrity voiceover, mid-dinner tableside broadcast-style interviews, voiceover descriptions of winning entries, and a comedy sketch introduction. The event was a huge success, exceeding expectations from even the most optimistic stakeholders, reflected in even better 2023 results so far.
Havas People / Havas Education – The Heist Awards
For over 30 years, HEIST has been celebrating the very best in education marketing – and the hardworking teams behind it. But one global pandemic later, we knew it was time to think differently and return to real-life eventing with a bang. It was time to plan a Heist.
One that would:
Reinforce our brand
Position our award as a pinnacle event for the sector
Showcase our own agency’s creativity
Deliver on diversity
Wow our sponsors
Feel like a sophisticated, prestigious, and classy event
So, we refined our judging process. Redefined our sponsorship packages. Refreshed our marketing materials. And reimagined our entire event experience – from the room design to the awards presentation itself, and even the after-party entertainment.
At every stage, we made sure to address judge and attendee feedback head on. And after wrap-up, the attendee love came pouring in…
“This was the best event to date. Thank you so much! We loved it!”
We even converted attendees to sponsors:
“We haven’t been to one of your awards in many years, but it’s clear that this is the best awards around. We’d love details on sponsoring an award in 2023!”
Heist was officially back. With a bang
Haymarket Media Group – Purpose Awards
We run eighteen Awards across three of our flagship brands; Campaign, PR Week and Third Sector. Recognising and rewarding CSR had been a small but highly respected category within our category offering for these brands.
By 2017 we had noticed the interest around CSR was gaining momentum and through conversations with entrants, judges and editorial teams we were aware that CSR had become more important for our brands and their audiences.
So we launched Campaigns for Good, which focused purely on CSR campaigns and was supported by the three brands.
Campaigns for Good was a success, but we didn’t feel our proposition was quite right. The market had moved on, and being CSR focused the categories were somewhat restricted and the product did not feel dynamic enough.
We refreshed and expanded out our categories and relaunched as the Purpose Awards in 2020 – a product that felt more relevant for the sectors and audiences we wanted to engage with.
Since then, the Awards have gone from strength to strength – and we believe the spirit of the Awards is relevant now more than ever.
Incisive Media | Chartered Institute of Credit Management – CICM British Credit Awards 2023
The annual CICM British Credit Awards is the industry standard in the credit and collections sector and recognise the stand out achievements of the most deserving individuals, teams and organisations.
The awards were launched in 2013 by Incisive Media and since then we have worked collaboratively with the team at CICM to deliver all stages of the awards process from planning through to awards execution and debrief. We have overseen the awards grow from 300 to over 500 attendees and have implemented new innovations each year to improve the overall awards experience for guests and partners which has contributed to the ‘sell-out’ awards ceremony which it now is.
When we started, our core objective was to create an awards ceremony that was different from the competitors – entertaining and fun but also reflects the professionalism of credit. Despite substantial awards growth, our original objective remains, however we now take pride in the scale of the awards and their ability to deliver more guests and an innovative award ceremony experience each year
